NIT puts emphasis on enhancing the business ability of students and thus strives to nurture manpower that can work hands-on in the frontline of industry. Faculty members have considerable experience in education and research in their fields and excellent research credentials in industry. NIT comprehensively promotes both academic fields and application fields to develop research and studies within the university and outside. NIT takes pride in the well-developed facilities each department uses for experiments and training. The most advanced large-scale machines have been installed in each center.
