| As stated in our mission, N.I.T has been contributing
to the technical advances in developing countries and spreading Japan's
technology worldwide Accepting international students has been one
of the ways to fulfill such mission. The admission requirements are
set in a way that may encourage many overseas students to apply for
our program. |
| Applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible for
this course: |

| a. |
Those who are of foreign nationality, |
| b. |
Those who have completed 12 years of schooling outside Japan or
otherwise recognized by Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science
and Technology as being equivalent thereto, |
| c. |
Those who are over 18 years old |
| 1. |
Those who took the Examination for Japanese University Admission
for International Students (EJU) will only have the interview.
The subjects of the Examination for Japanese University Admission
for International Students are:
Japanese, Science (Physics and Chemistry) and Mathematics ( course
2)
Students may take the exam in either Japanese or English. |
| 2. |
Those who did not take the Examination for Japanese University Admission
for International Students (EJU) must go though the written examination
held for general admission. Fall enrollment is only open to those
who took the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International
Students. |
