The goal of this study is to design and create new materials that contribute to human prosperity and the preservation and improvement of the environment as well as to have it applied in practical devices.

The goal of this study is to discover new useful materials based on the fundamental knowledge of chemical and mechanical characteristics of materials. By utilizing state-of-the-art material processing techniques and analytical technology, engineers can realize technological innovations through material science in order to create a sustainable society of the future.

Biotechnology is widely applied in healthcare, food production and the environment. It is one of the most sought after technologies today, and it will continue to be sought after. Students learn marvelous capabilities of living things at a molecular level so as to apply them for new techniques that are useful to the real world and that will open a new avenue for the future.
