Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Technology as Leading-edge Technology to the Future
A robot is an integrated form of various technologies. It is a prerequisite for engineers to master fundamental knowledge of machine engineering, control engineering, electrical engineering and information engineering, so that they can create robots suitable to various situations. Students master necessary knowledge and skills through lectures and practical training, and seek the potential of robots that are expected to be part of every scene of the future through pioneering learning.
Students learn about hardware (physical components), such as electrical circuits as well as machine design and drawing to create a robot. Through practice and research along with lectures, they acquire knowledge on the structure and materials of a robot and the electronic components assembly so they learn to design and develop a robot.
Students master programming and project management skills. They also learn system modeling, simulation methods, and microcomputer program execution and control methods as a technique to operate the robot.
